Treasure Hunter Sale ESTATE SALE — THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD! 10 AM–1 PM 117 Willow Bend Lane SUMMERVILLE SC THIS ONE IS DEFINITELY A TREASURE HUNT! If you’re new to our site, this sale is a little different from how we normally conduct our estate sales. We have some unusual circumstances here, and we need to help the family get everything sold ASAP. Our team has spent DAYS cleaning and clearing the house and filled TWO dumpsters just getting it to this point. There is still plenty to go through, and we honestly don't know everything that is here! We’ve only had a chance to peek into some of the boxes, and there are some VERY interesting things! ELECTRONICS PlayStations, Xbox, computers, cameras, stereo components and lots of other electronics. There are BOXES of electronics that we haven't even had a chance to go through yet! ️ FURNITURE Dining room set, pub-height table and chairs, bedroom sets, office furniture and more. CLOTHING & SHOES The closets are PACKED with men's and women's clothing. We've already spotted some designer shoes, and there is much more to go through. ️ KITCHEN Portmeirion dishes, small kitchen appliances, pots and pans, serving pieces and lots of kitchen treasures. Some items appear to be NEW IN THE BOX! LIGHTING NEW Dale Tiffany tulip lamps still in their boxes! BOOKS & MEDIA Boxes of books, DVDs and plenty more to discover. THE GARAGE IS PACKED! We will be pulling boxes out of the garage the morning of the sale. We have NO IDEA what is inside many of those boxes! That's where the treasure hunt really begins! A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW: There is NO AIR CONDITIONING in the house, so please dress accordingly. It is going to be warm! The home previously had one or two cats. The house has been cleaned and there are NO smells or odors. However, I have severe cat allergies and cannot spend much time inside. Very few items will be priced before the sale.
