Description

NORTHEAST MUSIC SALE RE-SCHEDULED The Northeast Music Sale, originally scheduled for October 10th and 11th, is being postponed due to the flare up of an old foot injury. It will now be on October 24th and 25th. The foot will be better by then, and on the 1% chance that it isn't, I will assemble a team and supervise them from a chair. What I'm saying is that it will definitely happen on the 24th and 25th. From 10 AM to 5 PM both days. 1433 5th St NE in Northeast Minneapolis (a block from Mayslack’s.) The house is on the corner, and the sale is in the back. Thousands of CDs all at 25 cents each. Maybe a thousand cassettes all at 25 cents each. Probably a thousand 45s all at 25 cents each. Thousands of records in 50 cent, $1, and price-as-marked boxes. In the 50-cent and dollar boxes you'll find many great deals, and many records you’ll recognize from dollar bins. But I do put some pretty good stuff in there. If you find Pink Floyd in there, the vinyl will be rough. But a flip through those boxes will be rewarded. Lots of Rock, Pop, Soul, Jazz, Country, 12-inch singles, etc. Lots of all sorts of stuff. In the price-as-marked boxes, prices are below, and often far below, the lowest price I found for the record in its condition on discogs. And there's obviously no shipping, so you save another 6 bucks there. So basically the lowest price anywhere. Or sometimes they're just low prices I slap on there quickly because I'm sick of pricing records, or running out of time before the sale starts. I sell on discogs, and I'm happy to sell a record cheap if it means I don't have to list it, describe it, drill down on which damn Zeppelin pressing it is, package it, ship it, pay the fees, etc. And if it means I can have less records here. The prices at my sales are low enough that a handful of local record stores generally come and walk out with good piles of stuff. The pictures are of the price-as-marked records. That's a sampling of what I could get my hands on five d
